Nikki Taylor has had time to rebuild and restart since her life was derailed three years ago. She’s finally settling into a comfortable relationship that feels safe and dependable. But when Chris Sheppard reappears, asking for a second chance, she’s forced to confront a past she thought she left behind.

As old wounds reopen and new dangers emerge, Nikki must navigate love, betrayal and the consequences of trusting the wrong person. With the support of her fiercely loyal tribe, she faces a fight for survival that will test her strength, her instincts, and everything she believes about second chances.

A fresh start or a familiar nightmare?

Hi I’m Rebecca and here are a few things you may want to know about me. I spent my professional career helping nonprofits do good—now I'm up to something new. Originally a North Jersey native with a BA in Communications and English from the University of Delaware, I've worked in education, healthcare, and community building, all while secretly dreaming up stories.

I live outside Philadelphia with my husband of 36 years and have two grown kids who still keep life interesting. When I'm not writing, you’ll find me entertaining, traveling, cheering (loudly) for the Eagles or sneaking away to the Delaware beaches, book in one hand, cocktail in the other.

Six Weeks of Love & Larceny is my debut novel— the first in The Secrets Trilogy, and yes, I really do have a sister I absolutely adore.
